The devices are covered by a two (2) year warranty, which is extended for as long as the "SIM CARD & ENTOPIZO PLATFORM" service is maintained without interruption.

The following cases are not covered under warranty.

Exposure to water or moisture (Oxidation or deterioration)
Devices over 2 years old from purchase
Vandalism (visible signs of mistreatment)
Overvoltage

High temperature (visible signs of distortion)

Incorrect wiring
Intervention by an unauthorized person

The devices are covered by a two (2) year warranty, which is extended as long as it operates continuously from the start, accompanied by the "SIM CARD & ENTOPIZO PLATFORM" service, valued at €4+VAT per month. For any damage caused to the device due to material failure or defect, the device will be repaired or replaced with a new identical or similar device with equivalent technical specifications. 

 1. The warranty is valid from the purchase date stated in the designated section of the warranty document, as well as on the legal purchase receipt. 

2. The warranty is valid upon presentation of the legal purchase receipt. 

3. Repairs will be carried out at the technical facilities of PETROS SYMEONIDIS PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES COMPANY, upon submission of the device during working days and hours. 

4. In case the defective product cannot be repaired, PETROS SYMEONIDIS PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES COMPANY will replace it with another identical or equivalent device with similar technical specifications. 

5. The method and cost of transportation to and from the technical support points of PETROS SYMEONIDIS PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES COMPANY, as well as any potential insurance of the devices, are the customer's choice and responsibility. 

6. The warranty does not cover consumable parts of the devices, such as (e.g., battery). 7. Issues caused by unauthorized intervention, natural phenomena, or vandalism are not covered. 

8. PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP does not support or provide warranty coverage for products connected to another platform. 

9. The technicians of PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP are obligated to install and configure only the materials and software purchased by customers from PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, excluding any other products from other companies. 

10. The technicians of PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP are not obligated to replace any material under the product warranty if the original receipt or invoice for the material to be repaired or replaced is not presented. 

11. PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP is not obligated to repair damages to materials not purchased from PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP or materials that are out of warranty, whether the damage was pre-existing or occurred during the repair process. 

12. If the product was not purchased from PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP or is out of warranty, any repair/replacement will be carried out at the customer's sole responsibility and expense. 

13. If the customer wishes to receive technical services at their location, these services are charged at €35/hour plus VAT. 

14. Products that remain repaired at the service center of PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP for more than 6 months after the customer has been notified will incur storage fees of €0.5/day plus VAT for 90 days. After 9 months, the device will be liquidated for compensation. 

15. The maximum liability of PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP is expressly limited to the amount paid for the product or the cost of repair or replacement of any parts of the device that do not function properly under normal conditions. 

16. PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP is not liable for damages caused by the product or its malfunction, including lost revenue and profits, special, consequential, or positive damages, and is not responsible for any claims made by third parties or on your behalf for third parties. 

17. By purchasing a new device, the customer unreservedly accepts the above terms.
