Return Policy
If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you may do so within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that neither the product nor its packaging has been used or altered.
- Returning the item(s) in their original condition and packaging to the headquarters of Entopizo (132 Gr. Lambraki Street – Korydallos) along with the purchase receipt!
- By sending it at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, to the address GR. LAMBRAKI 132 – KORYDALLOS, ZIP 18121, enclosing the purchase receipt.
- The company PETROS SIMEONIDIS SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY GENERAL PARTNERSHIP reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
The refund will be credited using the same payment method used during the purchase, upon receipt and technical inspection of the product's condition.
