21. Frequently asked questions
Can I change platform settings myself?
No. System-level settings, permissions, object setup, sensors, advanced alerts, command templates and technical configuration are handled by entopizo after request.
Can I add a new vehicle myself?
New vehicles, assets or trackers are activated and configured by entopizo. Contact entopizo support with the vehicle details and tracker information.
Why does my vehicle show offline?
The tracker may have no power, no mobile data, poor mobile network coverage, incorrect configuration or a technical issue. Check the last update time first, then contact entopizo if the issue continues.
Can I see where the vehicle was yesterday?
Yes. Open History, select the object, choose yesterday’s date range and load the route, if history access is enabled for your account.
Can I receive alerts on my phone?
Yes, if mobile push notifications are enabled for your account and the mobile app has notification permissions on your phone.
Can I create alerts only outside working hours?
Yes, this can be configured if supported by your account. For advanced schedules or special alert logic, contact entopizo support.
Can I share a vehicle location with a customer?
Yes, if sharing is enabled for your account. Sharing links should be used carefully because they may reveal live or recent location.
Why does a report not show fuel or temperature?
Fuel and temperature reports require compatible hardware, correct installation and sensor configuration. If the tracker does not send the required data, the report cannot display it.
Can I export or print this manual?
Yes. Press Print / Save as PDF and choose your printer or Save as PDF from the browser print dialog.
